Though I don't consider myself a huge seafood lover, I do enjoy the taste and health benefits of salmon, as this fresh-water fish is high in protein, Omega-3 fatty acids, and Vitamin D.
A perfectly cooked salmon fillet is so tender that it falls apart at the touch of a fork and melts the moment it touches the tastebuds. Salmon is excellently complimented by spinach salad, with the honey dijon dressing adding a sweet touch to the fillet.
{ingredients} 1 oven-baked salmon fillet with herb and butter seasoning, spinach leaves, 1 sliced hard-boiled egg, red onion, crumbled feta cheese and low-fat Kraft honey dijon dressing
