I have no idea who that woman is, but I like her style. Or her headband at least.
And though feathers have been dominating much of my accessories lately, floral touches are just as lovely.
Jersey knit fabric roses can be easily made with a few pulls of needle and thread, then added to headbands, scarves, jackets, necklaces, purses, or whatever else your heart desires.

Why don't you create floral accessories out of feathers? You could make that all the rave.
P.S. I am dead serious, make a floral accessory from feathers, then blog about your quest.
What I was thinking is folding the feather in half to give it an appearance of a petal. Just make a flower then.
