i recently spent a few days in my home of the bay area, CA. i feel priviledged to live in a place where there is such a mix of cultures, styles, and "scences." i didnt have as much of an opportunity to capture this wide-range of fashion as i hoped, but i did spot this boy while at a restaraunt in oakland.
i like how he wasnt afraid to mix patterns- the plaid-type of hat ties in with the horizontal striped jacket by color-coordination that isnt too matchy-matchy. the splash of yellow in the hood-lining adds a special touch to the jacket, and the urban graphic on the back makes it completely original.
